Tasting notes
Deep ruby red in colour with distinct purplish reflections. Intense scent of blueberry jam with hints of plum and violets. Well-structured, persistent and wonderfully mellow on the palate.
Pairings
Excellent with red meat, game and cheese dishes.
Why we like it
Fermentation with maceration of the skins for 8-10 days at a temperature of 23-26 °C. The wine ages in large casks and stainless steel tanks for about 5-6 months.
